Tai chi and chi kung classes

Lynne Murphy runs regular classes in tai chi and chi kung.

Kensington Fields Community Centre, Wednesdays 1pm to 2pm £3 per session

Hope Park Sports, Hope University, Fridays 9am to 10am £3 per session

Tai chi is a practice of aligning breath, movements and awareness for exercise, healing, and self-discipline amongst other things. It cultivates a calm state of mind helping to develop human potential, allow access to higher realms of awareness, and awaken one’s “true nature”. The classes are suitable for all ages and abilities, and very popular with over 50s.
