While face-to-face classes are cancelled Merseyside Dance Initiative (MDI) has created an online studio to keep people moving during Covid-19.

Online classes include ‘Get Up and Dance’, seated arm exercises and core fit workouts.

Dance for Parkinson’s

As part of their existing Dance for Parkinson’s programme MDI has partnered with English National Ballet to share a special online edition of English National Ballet’s regular Dance For Parkinson’s class. This class is also suitable for anyone for whom gentle dance technique and movement would be beneficial to health and wellbeing.
