Tuesdays from 16th January, 1.30pm – 3.30pm at MDI Studio 24, 24 Hope Street, L1 9BX

A brand new free dance class specifically aimed at men over 50. You may have danced professionally in the past, or just like to take to the floor at a family party but if you are interested in dancing MDI want to hear from you!

50 Moves
Wednesdays, 11am – 12.30pm, MDI Studio 24, 24 Hope Street, L1 9BX
£4.00 per class

With a contemporary focus, these sessions are for people aged 50-plus interested in dance, wanting to stay fit and socialise with a wonderful group of people.

The class uses taught exercises to encourage increased mobility, balance and fitness, as well as promoting memory within movement, by building on sequences to create dance works for performance (this is totally voluntary!)

Dance for Parkinson’s
Thursdays from 18th January, 2pm – 4pm, MDI Studio 24, 24 Hope Street, L1 9BX
£3.50 per session

Dance for Parkinson’s class and are a fun way to meet new friends, whilst discovering the themes, choreography and music of English National Ballet’s current repertoire. Carers, friends or family members are welcome to join in the sessions too.
