The North West’s biggest arts, craft and design market returns on Saturday 1 June. Taking place in the awe-inspiring Grade I listed Liverpool Cathedral, local arts organisation Open Culture will stage an independent shopping experience like no other.
Pop along with your friends and family to shop for all things handmade and beautiful.
The Summer Arts Market will feature the creative work of over 200 of the region’s best artists, designers and makers selling handmade work and original designs directly to the public. Thousands of items will be exhibited and on sale – everything from photography, ceramics and jewellery to screen-prints, decorations, cards, clothing, photography, woodwork, glassware, textiles and handmade beauty products.
A wonderful alternative to the high street, the event transforms the cathedral into a colourful bazaar where you can find perfect gifts, stylish homewares and textiles, bright and bold accessories and original artworks and prints.
Visitors will also be able to find vintage clothing, homewares and jewellery and purchase local artisan food and drinks in the dedicated fairs downstairs.
The event will also play host to a special Craft Lab – a free workshop for little ones to get crafty themselves!
Entry £3 / Free entry for children under 16 years
