Crime Prevention sessions at Sefton Older People’s Forums

posted in: News | 0

Sefton Older People’s Forums are holding a series of Crime Prevention and Awareness sessions for their members.

The sessions are being delivered in partnership with local HomeWatch organisations and Merseyside Police. They will be giving out information on how to protect your home from burglary, cyber crime and how to avoid scams on the doorstep, telephone and online.

Leaflets and stickers will be given to members plus as well as crime prevention products including card defenders.

The Crime Prevention and Awareness sessions have been made possible with the help of a small grant from the Police Commissioners Community Fund.

Sefton Older People’s Forums hope to reach over 100 older people with the information sessions.
