Liverpool Carers Centre

Liverpool Carers Centre is a service available to anyone who looks after a relative, friend or neighbour who cannot manage without help because of sickness, age or disability: the person cared for can live with you or by themselves or in a residential establishment.  There are nearly six million carers in the UK and whatever the circumstances, it is important that carers are recognised and feel supported.

If you are a carer, then Liverpool Carers Centre may be able to support you in your role. They work to improve the quality of life for carers in Liverpool by delivering support services that meet your needs.

The Carers Centre also has a great monthly programme of activities including monthly health walks, coffee and chat mornings, Tai Chi sessions, Zumba and much more. See the timetable here.

If you have any questions or want to know more about current or future activities, please contact Paul or Maryam on 0151 705 2308 or email healthandwellbeing@localsolutions.org.uk.
