The Royal Court is a Grade II listed building, a magnificent example of one of the best theatres built in the Art Deco style. The Royal Court Liverpool Trust has an £11m scheme to renovate the building. This is a chance to see it before the scheme begins. The theatre is one of Liverpool’s most enduring and iconic buildings, and has a rich history including several ghosts! The next available date for a tour is 03 May 2016 – so get booking!

Down The Dock Road – 11 March – 9 April

40 years after it was written, Alan Bleasdale’s classic play Down The Dock Road comes to Liverpool’s Royal Court. Down the Dock Road first opened as a theatre show in 1976. 40 years later Les Dennis and Andrew Schofield together on stage.

The Golden Oldies 15 April – 14 May

Dave Simpson (The Naked Truth, Raving Beauties) has written a brand new heart-warming comedy full of great 50s and 60s music. A show about music, romance and proving that the old ones are the best, The Golden Oldies will have you rocking in your chairs and rolling in the aisles!
