A message from Rachael Treacher, HOP Project Manager

As you are aware the HOP network is working closely with the Liverpool Clinical Commissioning Group Digital Care and Innovation Team in 2016/17 who are looking to capture real stories, information and experiences to explore the relationship between older people and digital care & technology.

With this in mind, I have been asked by the Innovation Team to circulate the below information to  HOP members. If this is something you and your group can help with please contact Catherine Stukley Catherine.Stukley@liverpoolccg.nhs.uk or Joanne Kilcoyne joanne.kilcoyne@shropshire.gov.uk.

If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to get in touch with them, and please do respond and get involved if you can – it’s very important in helping shape the future for us all!

NHS Liverpool CCG would like to hear your views on how Liverpool residents would like to access health and social care services online.
What would this mean to you?
What would you like to see in a one-stop internet shop for health and care services?
What would make you clink the link?
It is becoming more likely that the internet is the first place we turn to when we have questions about our health or want to find out more about our health and care providers.  In a world where we can buy anything from a new pair of shoes to a holiday on line 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, we want to ask ‘what does this mean for health and care services?’

We would be happy to attend any group meetings that you have planned to hear your stories, your experiences and your views.

We are all patients in one way or another therefore this is something that affects us all.  We really want you to be part of designing the digital future for the people of Liverpool.

Please contact catherine.stukley@liverpoolccg.nhs.uk to tell us more about your group and the details of when you meet.  We can then get in touch to arrange a visit.
